Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has provided a $3.11 million HUD loan to Maple Creek of Lakewood, a 75-bed assisted living facility located in Lakewood, Washington. The fully amortized, 30-year loan was provided for the Oregon-based owner’s managing members, Maple Creek Venture, LLC and Dr. Christian A. Mason. A couple more closings for Cambridge

A month after refinancing two skilled nursing facilities in the Chicago area owned and operated by Alden Management Services, Cambridge Realty Capital Companies did it again, but for two other facilities. The first, a 217-bed facility in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, received a $9.155 million HUD loan with a 29-3/4-year term. A 207-bed facility in Bloomingdale, Illinois was the second, and received an $8.35 million HUD loan with the same 29-3/4-year term. Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. underwrote both transactions. Cambridge Realty Capital Companies closed nearly $25 million in HUD refinancings for two senior care properties in the Chicago area. Both were Alden Management Services facilities, two of 46 owned by the senior care provider mainly around Chicago and a couple in Wisconsin. A 121-bed assisted living community in Aurora received a $13.58 million loan with a 35-year term. In Chicago, a 300-bed skilled nursing facility refinanced with an $11.3 million loan, also for 35 years. Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. underwrote both transactions. Read More »

Cambridge completes four HUD transactions

Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. has had a busy month, underwriting four HUD loans worth over $50 million. All of the loans went towards refinancing skilled nursing facilities for three separate local limited liability companies and an Illinois not-for-profit. The first, an $8.7 million loan with a fully amortizing 30-year term, refinanced a 180-bed skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio. Staying in Dayton, a 148-bed skilled nursing facility received a $14.2 million HUD refinance with a 30-year term.
