Monticello Asset Management had a productive summer, hiring three experienced professionals to its staff. First off, Steven Caligor will be joining the firm as a Senior Managing Director in charge of product development, expanding banking relationships and assisting with credit and risk management. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Caligor comes to Monticello most recently from Bank Hapoalim, where he led the Commercial Real Estate, Food and Commodities, and Corporate Finance loan portfolio teams. He holds an MBA in Finance and Investments and a BA in Marketing and International Business from George Washington University.

Monticello also hired Corley Audorff, an eight-year veteran of HUD’s underwriting and origination business. Mr. Audorff served as a Senior Underwriter for HUD’s Office of Healthcare Programs, and before that, he was a Vice President at Oppenhiemer Multifamily House and Healthcare Finance, Inc. He attended University of Georgia, where he received a BA as well as a combined MBA and JD in Finance and Real Estate.

Finally, Monticello hired Tami Antebi as its new Director of Investor Relations. Ms. Antebi brings 18 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Bank Hapoalim for seven years. Before that, she spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan Chase as a senior underwriter, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. In the newly developed role of Director of Investor Relations, Ms. Antebi will oversee the relationship management and further develop Monticello’s investor pool.
