Originally built in 1974, the facility features 58 ventilator beds. Its historical occupancy had averaged 75%, but it is certainly possible that census fell below that figure during the pandemic. Jay Healy of Berkadia originated a $5.6 million loan on behalf of the undisclosed borrower.
