On the heels of a busy 2021 for new development projects, Toll Brothers, Inc. unveiled plans for its first Regency 55+ active adult community in the Pacific Northwest. Regency at Ten Trails will be a community of 403 single-level homes set within the Ten Trails master plan in South King County in Washington state. The community will offer four housing options ranging from approximately 1,300 to 2,200 square feet, with pricing anticipated from the low $700,000s. Amenities will include a 10,000-square-foot resort-inspired clubhouse and fitness center, an 11,000-square-foot dog park with washing station and sheltered areas with fireplaces.
But this isn’t the only recent news from the homebuilding giant. In just the last six months, Toll Brothers has opened quite a number of active adult communities across the country, including a community in Folsom, California, two active adult communities in Massachusetts, a 136-unit community in Yorktown, New York, a 496-unit community outside of Philadelphia, and a 550-home site in Utah.
On Dec. 7, 2021, Toll Brothers released its fiscal fourth-quarter 2021 results for the quarter ending October 2021. Revenues grew 19.5% year-over-year to $3.04 billion. No doubt the company is banking on the growing demand for active adult housing to help the momentum continue into 2022.
Toll Brothers, Inc builds homes in 24 states and Washington DC. The company operates its own architectural, engineering, mortgage, title, land development, golf course development, smart home technology, and landscape subsidiaries.
