Senior Living Investment Brokerage was brought on by two different sellers in the sale of two seniors housing assets.
First, SLIB was enlisted by a group of local real estate owners looking to retire from the industry in their sale of a CBRF community in Footville, Wisconsin. The community was developed in 2009 and comprises 80 beds in 73 units. The buyer ended up being an experienced local operator that partnered with an out of state equity group. This is the ninth community added to the buyer’s growing Wisconsin portfolio. Jason Punzel, Ryan Saul, Brad Clousing and Jake Anderson handled the transaction.
Next, SLIB was engaged by a multifamily owner/developer looking to focus on their market rate portfolio in the sale of a 65-unit memory care community in St. Paul, Minnesota. The community was developed in 2008 and comprises 52,516 square feet on 0.88 acres. The buyer was an experienced home health operator in the Minnesota market looking to grow their presence in traditional senior living real estate. Punzel, Anderson, Brad Goodsell and Vince Viverito handled the transaction.
