Solinity, a seniors housing developer, named William H. Holly and John Moore as Partners in Development to spearhead investor relations in the growth of the company’s development and acquisition pipeline. Solinity has a $300 million pipeline for new development and community acquisitions in the southeastern United States for expansion in 2025.
Josh Crisp, Founder and CEO, is the visionary of the development pipeline, which includes plans for multigenerational and mixed use age friendly communities designed to meet the needs of the aging population.
With over three decades of industry experience, and a native of Coral Gables, Holly began his career with the Codina Bush Group before holding executive roles at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2002, he founded Holly Real Estate, where he championed sustainable development. Most recently, he served as founder of Patton Real Estate Group and brings his expertise to Solinity Development.
Additionally, Moore and Crisp refined a collaborative vision for the Hometown Living portfolio concept in 2019. With a background in real estate, commercial development, consulting and deal structuring, Moore collaborated with Crisp for a seniors housing solution that drives care in a hometown setting. They conceptualized creating a secondary market senior living concept, which aims to scale and deliver housing and services in local hometown markets.
The strategic partnership of Solinity Development with Holly and Moore refines the go-to marketing strategy for development plans and future acquisitions, inviting potential investors to be part of the hometown model pipeline in seniors housing as well as additional multi-generational developments.
