Lument refinanced three Juniper Village seniors housing communities with a combined 254 units through three Freddie Mac loans totaling $27.3 million. Casey Moore and Miles Kingston led the transaction for Lument. The loans carry attractive fixed interest rates, 10-year terms with five years interest only, and 30-year amortization schedules.
Located in Pennsylvania, the three communities are Juniper Village at Forest Hills (60 assisted living units and 12 memory care units), Juniper Village at Lebanon (40 independent living units and 81 AL units) and Juniper Village at Mount Joy (50 AL units and 11 MC units). Juniper operates a total of 27 communities in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.
