The number of publicly announced seniors housing and care acquisitions in the first quarter of 2026 reached 231 deals, based on new acquisition data from LevinPro LTC. A Dallas-based private equity firm engaged Blueprint in 2025 to sell the portfolio, which it acquired with Capital Health Group in 2019.
