


Persimmon Refinances Pennsylvania Portfolio
Patrick Shearer of KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Commercial Mortgage Group secured $28 million of HUD financing for three seniors housing communities in Pennsylvania owned by Baltimore-based Persimmon Ventures, LLC and operated by Live Cardinal. All three communities offer assisted living and memory care services. Built in 1994 in Landisville, the largest property has 135 beds in 115 units and received a $16 million loan. A 59-unit community, which was built in 1987 in the town of Millersville, got an $8 million loan. The smallest community has just 45 units but 85 total beds. KeyBank Closes Second Refinance for Danbury Senior Living
KeyBank Real Estate Capital just closed its second Freddie Mac loan for Danbury Senior Living to refinance another seniors housing property Ohio. A year ago, KeyBank had worked with Danbury to arrange a $14 million refinance for its 105-unit community in Wooster. Fast forward to today, and the firm secured a $14.5 million Freddie Mac financing for Danbury’s 101-unit seniors housing property in the town of Tallmadge. KeyBank Closes Texas Refinance
KeyBank Real Estate Capital arranged a trio of HUD loans for skilled nursing properties located across Texas. The Corpus Christi facility, built in 2015 with 60 semi-private units and a 112-space parking lot, received a $16 million loan. Opened in 2009 and renovated in 2019, again with 60 semi-private rooms, the Bastrop facility obtained a $14.5 million loan. Finally, KeyBank arranged a $14 million loan for a 138-bed (69-unit) facility in San Antonio that was built in 1975 and renovated in 2013.
